How will the prints be packed?

Each print is packed individually in a plastic cover. Then it is securely attached to a firm backing to ensure that it will remain in the original perfect form for the duration of the posting process, before being placed in an envelope.

Absolutely! The price of the print includes the cost of shipping and packaging to any where in the world. Each print is carefully hand packed by us to ensure that it reaches you in optimal condition.

Your order will be shipped within 5 working days after you place it. If we encounter any problems with your order, you will be informed by email.

We use the Singapore Postal Service (Singpost) for our shipping needs. All shipping is by air. In our experience, Singpost is reliable and dependable.

When can I expect my order after you ship it?

The time taken before the prints get to you can vary considerably but generally will not take more than 3 weeks from shipping date. Countries further away from Singapore will naturally take longer. We will advise you on the shipping date so that you can gauge the approximate delivery date.
